My Two Cents: When Less Is More

It is far easier to take advantage of the low hanging fruit, to follow the path of least resistant but it is far more rewarding to roll up your sleeves and provide leadership and guidance the hard way and where it is really needed.

That kind of generosity tends to be its own reward.
