My Two Cents: We

Auguste Roc

When a team works together, there is nothing that's impossible.

That's just the way that it is.

Like a rope that is tighter than tight, you won't find any slack when everyone is playing for the good of the team.

The primary focus of a team is to win by committing to a common goal. But in order to do that a team must recognize that it is critical for each individual member of the team to operate at a level that is way beyond individual. There's nothing wrong with relating to yourself as an individual unless you want to win as part of a team. That's when it becomes necessary to access other dimensions of your self that go beyond you as an individual.

When playing on a team, whether it's at work, school, community organization, your family, consider that just because something may work for you, if it doesn't work for the team --

It doesn't work for you!

That is the attitude that it takes -- if you want to win as a team.

Operate with a commitment that everybody has a part to play and everyone will participate for the good of the team. That's when it becomes possible for:

  • communities to attain and maintain cohesiveness and beauty
  • organizations to develop a sterling image and successful reputations
  • nations to reach the highest levels of integrity and leadership
  • families to become families again

When a team works together, there is nothing that's impossible.

Like a rope that is tighter than tight, you won't find any slack when everyone is playing for the good of the team.

That's my two cent's (for whatever it's worth).
